Personal Statement: I love working with clients invested in investigating and changing what isn't working for them. Keeping the tenets of my traditional training, I also incorporate humor, analogies (a client once described me as "the analogy king"), and focusing on the issues that brought you to therapy. I have a very full life outside of the treatment room, enjoying a life in the arts, hiking, music, and creating community events. My varied life experiences are an asset when helping relate to client experiences.
I am skilled working with individuals and couples presenting a variety of issues and strive to be multiculturally informed. If you are interested in experiencing less pain and improving your life, I encourage you to call Therapy For Adults to set up a consultation. During that call, we will discuss what is not working for you in your life and discover if I am the right fit for you as a therapist.
