Assisting you to find solutions and solace.

Therapy focused on fast results, insight, and symptom reduction.

I deeply believe in the life changing process of therapy done well.  Let me help you make the changes you are interested in.

My approach involves a strong investment in my client's emotional health and happiness.  Working together, we prioritize issues, triaging the most pressing and painful issues first.  I can help you in healing your hurt through exploring; emotions, embedded beliefs, automatic thoughts, and patterns. My result-oriented style has an eclectic approach with an emphasis on the here-and-now.

Personal Statement:                                                                                                         I love working with clients invested in investigating and changing what isn't working for them. My therapeutic style uses humor, analogies (a client once described me as "the analogy king"), and focusing on the issues that brought you to therapy.  I have a very full life outside of the treatment room, enjoying a life in the arts, hiking, music, and creating community activities. My varied life experiences are an asset when helping relate to client experiences.
